Years of the Professional Golfers Association of Australia
New exhibition at the Australian Golf Heritage Society Museum The Professional Golfers Association of Australia has a long and rich heritage, and is the second oldest professional golfers association in the world. ‘100 Years of the Professional Golfers Association of Australia’ explores the history of the PGA and its role in Australian professional golf. The exhibition examines the contribution the PGA has made to development of both the playing and club sides of the game. Items on display include a set of clubs belonging to founder Carnegie Clark, a tool box belonging to founder Dan Soutar, as well as photographs, ephemera and examples of golfing equipment and innovation.
